Storebrand exits Reaseguradora Patria.

Creation of General de Salud S.A.

Reaseguradora Patria becomes responsible for the administration of Pool Atómico Mexicano (PAM).

General de Seguros S.A. enters the BMV.

Formation of Grupo Peña Verde.
Peña Verde S.A. enters the BMV.

Creation of Servicios Administrativos Peña Verde, S.A. de C.V., a corporate services company.
Delisting of Reaseguradora Patria, S.A.B.
Opening of Patria Re Marketing Services Ltd. (London).

2015

Opening of Patria Re Servicios S.A. (Santiago de Chile).
Organization of the Special Purpose Syndicate at Lloyd 's (PAT6125).

2016

Creation of Centro de Contacto de Servicios de Salud, S.A. (CCSS), a company oriented towards telemedicine.

2018

Opening of Patria Risk Management, Inc. (Miami).

2019

Peña Verde assets exceed MXN 22 billion for the first time.

2020

Peña Verde S.A.B is part of the United Nations Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world.

2021

Delisting of General de Seguros S.A.B.
Grupo Peña Verde exceeds the mark of 10 billion pesos in premiums.

2022

General de Seguros turns 50, updates its image and changes its name to General de Seguros Sociedad Anónima.

2023

Patria Re United States Inc. initiate operations.

2024

The Group is internally restructured, consolidating into two units: Insurance and Reinsurance Unit, and Business Transformation and Financial Strategy Unit.

We join the Early Childhood Network of the Business Coordinating Council in support of the Breastfeeding Program.
