CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS AND CONDUCT

We have a Code of Ethics based on the General Administrative Responsibilities Act and on the Best Practice of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), which is the basis for the development and implementation of our policies and procedures.

Peña Verde S.A.B. is the holding company that controls all the legal entities of Grupo Peña Verde and is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange. Its main activity is risk management, focusing on financial and equity risks. At Grupo Peña Verde we adhere to compliance with all regulation applicable to our operations.
