I have over 11 years' experience in the sector working at national and international companies. At the start of the career, I had the chance to attend the Patria Re International Seminar, where I was first exposed to the company and this reinforced my interest in continuing in this industry and in specializing in the reinsurance field.

Since I arrived at Patria Re in 2017, I've experienced significant professional growth. “Hi. I'd like to share my beginnings at the group (when it wasn't formally a group). I started working in the claims department 10 years ago, knowing very little about General de Seguros, and I honestly didn't want to be here because, you know, everyone wants to work at the best company and as it was a company that wasn't in my top 10 insurance companies, I thought it was a Mickey Mouse or insignificant company. I joined more spurred on by my mother, who was both tired of and worried about having someone at home who didn't know which path to take, than by self-motivation. Fortunately, I've done practically everything by moving through different departments: claims, subscription, products, reserves, reinsurance, statistics, etc., where, thanks to everyone who's been nearby like bosses, colleagues or employees, today like yesterday, I'm still learning. Yes, learning, that's not a mistake, the verb to learn: to take or grab the best of what I've found at this wonderful group, which I feel deeply proud to belong to, since here I've found professional growth, personal growth, friends and even a wonderful wife with whom I have a beautiful son. It's difficult to try to sum up what General de Seguros y Salud and now Grupo Peña Verde mean in my life, since it's difficult to sum up 10 years of opportunities, learning, stumbles and more learning, but, above all, life experiences and joy that will forever remain in my memory and heart.
